Our industrial-chic all-day cafe and restaurant takes its name from the salt-glazed earthenware that was produced next door in the nineteenth century, celebrating the city’s vibrant working waterfront with a menu that evolves as the day unfolds.

Chef Matt Duley, formerly executive sous chef at UNION at The Press Hotel, will be leading the Salt Yard and Luna kitchen staff at the Canopy Portland Waterfront hotel.
